If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know(Within 24 hour window). We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. We believe our team is our greatest asset, and therefore have very high standards. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Clean It Elite certified cleaner.

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

First-time clients who haven’t had their home cleaned professionally within the the last 30-45 days will need to opt for he Deep Clean option in order to give our crew members the time they need to achieve the high-quality results we’re known for. Once that’s complete, our Standard Clean is the perfect choice for weekly/biweekly/monthly services moving forward!

Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in! Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our service and that there are no other people (movers, tradespeople etc.) working in the space. And we will need electricity and water!

Cleanliness is a crucial factor that can make or break your Airbnb business because guests always comment on the space’s cleanliness in their Airbnb reviews. We will do the following for your Airbnbs:

Inspect your property and remove left-behind items

  • Wash and change sheets and towels and make the beds(1st thing you should do)
  • Clean the kitchen and put away the dishes, toaster, kettle, stove, and other utensils
  • Clean exterior of appliances and interior as necessary.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces
  • Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Clean toilets, bathtubs, and showers
  • Wipe countertops, door handles, and light switches
  • Take out the trash
  • Restock amenities provided in your space, including coffee, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, and dish soap
  • General Tidiness(the condition or quality of having everything ordered and arranged in the right place)
  • Do a final scan of the whole house and add finishing touches
  • *Take pictures of every area we clean
  • *Take inventory of supplies needed
  • *Lock up the place

MISCELLANEOUS

Absolutely, tips are not required but are always appreciated, it will make your cleaning professionals’ day! You can tip in cash directly, or let us know how much you would like to tip and we can add it to the total that is charged after your service has been completed.

Our customer service team is available to serve you 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday 9am-2pm Saturdays. You can book your services 24 hours a day on our booking page here

Absolutely! Contact us and we will work out all the details! Also you can leave details in the notes section when you book.
Just send us an email at [email protected] or give us a call/text at 210-970-7410. Please give us at least 48 hours notice, otherwise there will be 75$ cancellation fee.

Our cleaners do their absolute best to provide exceptional service, but there are certain things that we cannot offer/guarantee. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning or an item below, please call us to discuss!

 

That said, the following are services that we do not provide:

 

  • We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

 

  • No lifting or moving of heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.)

 

  • No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.

 

  • We are happy to load your dishwasher, but cannot replace dishes in cupboards once complete. We don’t want to break anything.

 

  • Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools and a step stool.

 

  • Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.

 

  • Cleaning exterior windows.

 

  • Cleaning Mini Blinds. Our cleaners are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.

 

  • Removing strong odor’s (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.) Again, we will do our best.

 

  • Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.

 

  • Cleaning light bulbs.

 

  • Cleaning rodent/insect infested homes.

 

  • Removing excess paint from surfaces.

 

  • Post-construction cleaning.

 

  • Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)

 

  • Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. We don’t want to potentially damage your paint!
GETTING STARTED

We love animals, but we request you secure pets if you suspect they may make things difficult for our cleaners :).We want our cleaners to be comfortable and focused.

Just select the number of rooms and bathrooms that need service and our booking system will adjust price. Leave specifics on what areas(bedroom/bathroom) need to be excluded  in the notes section on the booking page.

You can do as much or as little preparation for your service. However, your cleaning professionals reserve the right to reassess the scope of the job if they feel there is more work than what was agreed upon in the original order. (Ex. You ordered “Standard Clean” and didn’t include “Deep Clean” upgrade though it was deemed necessary. Or your house is bigger than the info you gave.) This usually isn’t an issue, but if anything changes with your booking, please let us know within 48 hours of the scheduled service. We want to make sure that your cleaners are properly prepared, adequately compensated for their effort, and that you are completely happy with your cleaning!

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.
